What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, which form you used and when you signed up. That's all. We don't collect any financial or tax information until you create an account.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Soloist is ready for you and to send you a small number of updates about the launch. We rely on your consent to do this.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, unsubscribe, or 12 months after we launch publicly, whichever comes first.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. We use trusted service providers to host our systems and send email, under contracts that protect your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing privacy@getsoloist.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
